By accessing and using ChatNode ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChatNode provides an AI-powered customer support platform that allows you to create, deploy, and manage AI chat agents on your website. The Service includes knowledge base management, conversation management, analytics, and related features.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service to spam or harass others
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
5. Content and Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ChatNode. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the Service
- Use your content to train and improve your AI agent
- Display your content in your dashboard and chat widget
We will not use your content to train AI models for other customers.
6. Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data. You may request a data export before termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
